華 岡 法 粹 徵 稿 簡 則

110.11.03 110學年度第1次法學院院務會議修訂通過

本刊物為一專業性之法律學術期刊,於每年六月及十二月出版;徵稿內容包括法學論著、判解研究、書評、法學譯著等學術著作,園地公開,歡迎投稿。

壹、字數與格式:

一、除書評外,來稿字數以一萬伍仟至五萬字為原則。(含本文、註腳及參考文獻)。

二、來稿請附「作者基本資料」與「投稿文章」兩個檔案,(一)「作者基本資料」檔:含作者中英文姓名、中英文現職、中英文最高學歷與聯絡方式;(二)「投稿文章」檔:請勿加入作者個人資料,並依下列順序排列:第一頁為中文文章標題、摘要及關鍵詞、目次,次頁起為正文(含同頁之腳註)、附錄、參考文獻,最後一頁為英文文章標題、摘要及關鍵詞,並按序標明頁碼。

三、來稿均應附510個中英文關鍵詞,300500字以內之中英文摘要及參考文獻。

四、為求體例一致,中文稿件之章節款項,請按「壹、一、(一)、1、(1)、Aa、」等層次排列。來稿一經接受刊登,正文、引註及參考文獻格式須依本刊格式修正。

五、譯著請另附原著作及翻譯權授予證明文件。

六、註解格式請依照「華岡法粹引註格式」範例之規定。

貳、審稿:

一、本刊採雙向匿名審查制度,全部來稿均經初審及複審程序,審查結果將適時通知作者;來稿經本刊開始審查程序後撤回者,本刊即以退稿處理。依審查結果於修正通知寄出後3個月內未回覆者,除有正當理由且經本刊同意外,亦以退稿處理。

二、來稿通過本刊執行編輯形式審查後即進入初審階段,初審通過後將聘請2位相關領域之外審委員雙向匿名審查來稿,採隨到隨審,稿件經編審委員會審議通過後,方得刊登。

三、本刊對於接受刊登稿件之屬性類別有最終決定權。經本刊決定採用之稿件,基於編輯需求,本刊得對文字及格式為必要之修正。

四、來稿作者如有要求開具刊登證明,主編應俟審查程序完畢後,始得依實際進度開具刊登證明或同意刊登證明。

參、文責與著作權:

一、來稿請勿一稿多投,一經發現逕行退稿。

二、來稿內容請遵守著作權法及其他相關法令,並授權本刊以紙本及數位方式發行。

三、所有文章經本刊收錄後,作者需同意無償授權本刊得再授權國家圖書館『遠距圖書服務系統』或其他資料庫業者,以適當的技術或方式為數位化重製,透過網路、儲存媒體或其他方式公開傳輸,提供讀者進行查詢、瀏覽、下載或列印等資料庫銷售或提供服務之行為。

四、本刊為符合紙本或數位方式出版,得進行格式之變更。

肆、稿酬:非中國文化大學聘任之學者、專家投稿者,經審查通過而刊登者,每篇致贈新臺幣一萬元整。

伍、免費贈閱:稿件經刊登後,本刊敬送抽印本二十份與當期刊物三本。

陸、投稿方式(擇一)

    二、紙本投稿:來稿請寄「111369臺北市陽明山華岡路五十五號 中國文化大學法學院華岡法粹收」。來稿應附電子檔案,請逕傳本刊電子信箱:   crlldl@dep.pccu.edu.tw或直接上傳線上投稿專區。

Submission Rules

Article 1.            The Hwakang Law Review is a periodical published 2 times per year in every June and December. 

Article 2.          We welcome works on law, translated works, book reviews, analysis of actual practice, theses published in seminars, and cross-strait studies, and the submitter is asked to specify to which of the above categories his/her work belongs. A long paper could be published in different issues. Please follow academic rules regarding referencing and provide references at the end of the work. The format must be consistent with the Bluebook. Any work that has no referencing, has been submitted to multiple periodicals, or the whole or a part of which has already been published in another periodical will be rejected. 

 Article 4.          We welcome papers in Chinese or foreign languages that do not exceed 50,000 words. The original text and a letter of agreement from the original author are required if the work is a translation. 

 Article 5.         Please specify the order and delegation of the authors if the work is co-authored by two more or individuals, and a written agreement to the joint-submission by each of the authors needs to be attached. 

 Article 6.         A submitted work should include approximately 10 key words in Chinese and English, a 300-word abstract in Chinese, and a 500-word abstract in English. The English title, key words, and abstract of an approved submission will be proofread and/or adjusted and posted on our website by our editors. 

 Article 7.         The submission needs to be typed with Microsoft Office, comes in three duplicates, and attached with a disk containing the document. Please mail the above to: Office of the Department of Law, Chinese Culture University, 55 Hwa-Kang Rd., Yung Ming Shan, Taipei City, Taiwan, 11114. Works submitted from regions outside of Taiwan need to be e-mailed to us (e-mail: crlldl@dep.pccu.edu.tw). 

 Article 8.          Any work submitted to the Hwakang Law Review has to go through the review process, and the result of which will be made known to its author in a timely fashion. The works from an author who decides to cancel his/her submission after it is being reviewed by us or has already submitted it to multiple periodicals will not be accepted by us for 3 years. 

 Article 9.         The author is responsible for his/her work that is published in the Hwakang Law Review. Instead of being paid, the author will be given 20 offprints. 

Article 10.         After a work has been published for 3 months, it will be stored in the CCU Library Academic Periodical Full-text Database for users’ inquiries. 

 Article 11.       After a work has been published in the Hwakang Law Review, any and all of its authors need to agree to their work being entered into a database authorized by us through non-exclusive authorization, necessary reproduction, public access, downloading by authorized users, and/or printing through digital methods, or format adjustment for database compilation. For a paid database authorization, the payment will be equally shared by the Hwakang Law Review and the author(s). A letter of authorization needs to be attached along with the work by the author(s) at the time of submission.
